Agent Accounts

As a real estate agent registering on this site, you will be required to create a no cost account, which will allow potential buyers to view your listings and leave reviews. Such reviews should prove beneficial in increasing your position on Google searches.

User Conduct

You agree to access and use the Website and/or services only for lawful purposes and acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the knowledge of and adherence to any and all laws, statutes, rules and regulations, pertaining to (i) your use of the Website and services, (ii) the use of any networks or other services connected to the Website, and (iii) any means by which you connect to the Website and services.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the substance of everything submitted and/or posted by you to the Website. You agree not to:

• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Website and/or its services;

To the full extent permitted by law, Real Estate Agents Review, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, affiliates, and successors in interest (collectively "Real Estate Agents Review"):

1. Make no promises, warranties, or representations as to the Website and/or its services, including its completeness, accuracy, availability, timeliness, propriety, security or reliability;
2. Provide the Website and/or its services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis and any risk of using the Website and/or its services is assumed by User;
3. Disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including as to accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
4. Disclaim any liability or responsibility for acts, omissions, or conduct of User or any third-party in connection with the Website and/or its services.

Real Estate Agents Review shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or other losses, including lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, etc., arising from or related to the Website and/or its services, and in no event shall such liability exceed $100.

You acknowledge and agree that the Website may link to third-party websites or otherwise include references to information and/or services provided by other parties and that these third-party websites are not under the control of Real Estate Agents Review and that Real Estate Agents Review is not responsible for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency, or any other aspect of the content of such websites.

Choice of Law and Forum

These TOS shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any cause of action that may arise under these TOS shall be commenced and be heard in the appropriate court in the State of Michigan, County of Kent, and further agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the County of Kent, in the State of Michigan.

You agree and waive all respective rights to trial by jury. It is acknowledged and agreed that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the Website and/or its services, must be filed within two (2) years of the date in which it arose or the time in which it could have been reasonably discovered or shall be forever barred.
